Shipping policy

Delivery to anywhere in Ireland is FREE for all products.

You will receive an email notification when items are dispatched.

I will always aim to get your product to you as soon as possible.

Local delivery and pickup is also an option.

You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5  business days (Ireland) or 10-14 business days (Europe), once shipped.

All prices include shipping insurance for safe delivery. All the relevant import duties and local taxes are included in the shipping price inside the EU. Please note that outside of Europe you might be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of your order.

Once your package leaves my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country's postal service and customs. I do not have authority over the package at this time and I cannot trace it for you at this point. Please contact your country's postal services if you have questions on the whereabouts of your package.  

I take great care in packaging my work as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact me within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know within 14 working days after receiving your order by sending an email to celissestudio@yahoo.com. I will then send you information on how to return your order. Please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. I am not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.
