The Spout is a much-loved natural spring beside the historic walls of Lismore Castle.

For generations, its clear spring water was an important source of drinking water for the local community and the castle estate.

The Spout has remained a familiar landmark in Lismore and continues to hold a special place in the town's landscape and memories.

This piece is my contemporary interpretation of The Spout, capturing the movement of the water, surrounding greenery and the character of this quiet Lismore landmark.
